The ideal candidate will have experience in building trades, snow removal, and landscaping.
The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community's buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities:
Assist with snow removal and salting during winter months Maintain landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and plantings Assist with the coordination of contractors for larger maintenance projects Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored Communicate with residents and management regarding maintenance needs and updates Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents Assist with plumbing and electrical/general building repairs for condo's Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in building trades is a plus.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining beautiful and functional spaces, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
