Provide onsite management of the facility; oversee the delivery of patient care and any issues that arise; facilitate professional collaboration with all staff and providers; maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff Mentor and coach staff in clinical and behavioral events; facilitate patient flow by assisting staff in decision making; provide guidance to unit staff in all matters related to resource availability, flexing and floating staff Patient CareRound on patient and families with concerns or complaints; collaborate with staff to provide care that respects patient's personal values and beliefs, accounting for spiritual and cultural needs; For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirementsThe listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicantPay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractsRochester Regional Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerMinority/Female/Disability/Veterans by a prospective employee and/or employee's Physician or delegate will be considered for accommodations.
